welcome

We are the residents of Trotter Ridge, a neighborhood in Southwest Durham, North Carolina.

Conveniently located near I-40, and 15/501 highways, we have a sense of tranquility and seclusion while also having immediate access to all of the amenities of this area.

The campuses of UNC Chapel Hill, Duke University, and NC Central are just minutes away. NC State is just 20 miles down the road in Raleigh, the state capital.

We are also very convenient to Research Triangle Park where many of our residents work in the various industries of our area.

This community was begun in the mid to late 1970's and today has approximately 100 homes. We boast a wide diversity of age, race, and ethnic backgrounds.
